Dear Daily Shift, Fell in love with Joseph Campbell's work more than 30 years ago and have often reflected on his works, getting insights always. The quote above is truly another insight which takes me deep inside to question what I really think of AI. I have always loved JC's follow your bliss line, as a strategy, and while I truly believe we are the technology (which I feel will be fully switched on soon from all the planetary energies we are absorbing/receiving cosmically on the planet at this time) and striving towards enabling myself to utilize all that I currently have available to me to bring about what is most essential, valid and good for the planet and for humanity. While AI has functions that can assist and support us, I am not able to say definitively how it can assist me at this present time of writing. I still want to use my own faculties like doing my own admin, use my anthropological research skills to better inform me, use my healing arts skills to better understand organic human biology and to build community networks to exchange, collaborate and build together, and using my spiritual gift of intuition. So what current use have I for AI? The most redeeming thoughts and comments I've heard in this regard so far, is from Matt & Joy (The Shift Network Summit) who created a study Course with the support of AI. Maybe this is the most constructive and useful idea I've heard to date. But I guess I would still like to see how that works overall and the benefits of partnering with AI. I feel there are positives and benefits of partnering with AI but I am curious and skeptical at the same time, how much we humans will allow ourselves to lose sight of our own human technology and hand over our true nature to AI and all kinds of robotic technologies in the digital space. I'm happy to Follow My Bliss...helping my fellow earthlings right now; unless I can see the overall necessity and benefit of AI.
